Common Questions

FAQ

How far will you travel?

Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland are home turf — no travel fee for most events in those regions. Across BC, Alberta, the US Pacific Northwest, and further afield in Canada, travel is quoted into the price. International is possible for the right event.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends in May–September book out fastest, often 2–4 months ahead. Mid-week and off-season dates are often available on a few weeks' notice. Last-minute enquiries are always worth sending — if I'm free, I'm in.

What do you need from the venue?

Close-up: nothing but space to move. Stage: a cleared performance area, basic sound, and a lighting setup appropriate to the room. Full tech rider sent after we agree on the show.

Are you insured?

Yes. Liability insurance in place and documentation can be sent to your venue on request.

How does payment work?

Small deposit to lock in the date, balance on the day of the event. E-transfer, Square invoice, or credit card.

Do you work with other magicians / variety acts?

Yes. Happy to share a bill, open a show, or build a longer evening with other acts I know and trust.
